I weighted 125 in basic training. Now out of the military I weigh 155lb. I want that that six pack back! In basic I ran 30 minutes a day three days a week and did push ups/sit ups/etc on the other three days. Will that work now with losing this extra baggage? I don't eat bad, I just don't excercise. I wish I could just go to basic again, except without all the yelling in my face. I just need a motivator to get my butt up and run/work out but they cost too much, I'm on a strick budget with two kids. Help....

just excerise 20 mins a day, and keep your eating balance right by eating 4-6 meals a day....if your full, dont keep eating....take the remainging home...

I usually workout twice a day...10-15 in the morning and 20-30 mins in evening which helps to keep the pounds off...

i was at 250 pounds, lost 55 pounds and 195 now...
i keep doing my excercise...daily (usually do 4 or 5 times a week)...sometimes, usually go for 10-15 min walk around my work building durning my breaks

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
sit ups/push ups etc just build muscle - they dont burn any fat.
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Motovation is to free! Keep that image in your mind,,what you want to look like,,and let that be your motovator. Run,,,get a pull up bar,,or do pull ups while your with the kids at the playground. swim,,,also,,you may loose some wieght if you use a colon cleansing regimine. I suggest an herbal remedy that you can buy at GNC. Don't over do that tho,,you know you'v had enough colon cleansing when you get headaches from the herb pills.
Good luck,,,sexy mom! hehehe
