Stouts
Founder's Kentucky Breakfast Bourbon-Aged
Stone Imperial Russian
Both are so complex and strong. Chocolate, coffee, vanilla, malts, etc. There's a reason those two are rated so high on beer websites. They truly are amazing. Three others that I hear are amazing are Three Floyds Dark Lord Russian Imperial, AleSmith Speedway, and Dogfish Head World Wide.
IPAs
Crooked Tree Double
Dogfish Head 90-Minute
But the very best are the Belgian imports.
Chimay Blue
Rochefort 8 and 10
St. Bernardus Abt 12
Gouden Carolus Grand Cru of the Emperor
Most other trappist or Belgian abbey ales.

La Fin Du Mon - made by Unibrew out of Canada. Triple fermented, smooth, 9% alcohol. Try any beer from them....GREAT stuff.
