B Vitamins (B1 to B12) can help. It is said that lack of it leads to depression, slow metabolism and disorders related to the nervous system. You may search the Internet to learn about B complex.

Ask your doctor to switch you to Cymbalta,Paxil is old school. If you suffer from depression, you shouldn't be taking any diet pills.Always talk to your doctor when your medication isn't working for you.Email me if you like.Take care.

Energy comes from the food you eat- proteins are key. Also check for anemia or thyroid problems.
