'Tis a tie between ostrich & alligator.

For the record, I didn't like the flavor of either.

I've also had rattle snake, not much better than alligator.

BBQ Beaver, Seriously!! My grandfather had a friend that trapped on the Mississippi and he would give my gramps some of the meat left over. My dad put it in a large turkey roaster and then when it was almost done added BBQ sauce. I was only 13 but it wasn't too bad. I've also had the other kind too!!! It was much better but not as filling!!

Grasshopper in Thailand... it was crunchy and covered in butter.

The other thing was blood pudding in China.... now that was an adventure. It was really made from blood. I am not sure how long I held it down.

Dog, aka "ka-gogi". It's sweet tasting. And I was mortified when they told me what I was really eating, as I am a dog lover and would never eat an animal that I would consider a pet.
