How hard is it to get into West Virg. University, to be a Petroleum Engineer? i have a 91% in high School.?

With a 91 in high school, I would say you have an excellent chance. Grades that high indicate you are studious and if you do well on the entrance tests and dedicate yourself to 4-5 years of diligent work, you will earn a degree.

On a scale of easy to hard, it's about a 6.
