What is your weight? What is your blood pressure? Does it happen all year? Does it happen at rest?
Drink a glass of water when you get up, and when you brush your teeth. Drink a glass every time you use the bathroom, and before you go outside.
Also, wear a hat outside.
Drink some calories if you have to - juice, jello, soup.
If this persists after 2 days of above, call the doctor.

You need to see a doctor. In the meantime try and stay cool and out of the sun. There could be any number of problems related to your symptoms, especially as you don't mention how long you are in the sun, and how warm the temperature is. Did you know that some people are actually allergic to the sun, and then there is heat stroke etc....... YOU NEED TO BE DIAGNOSED BY A DOCTOR
