I though that what ever you do God will always forgive you then why can't he forgive Satan.

Lucifer and his angels tried to rebelled against God in the War in Heaven and the motivation was Lucifer's pride. When the rebellion failed, God casted Lucifer's and his angels out of Heaven and into the mortal world.

First off, according to Abrahamic (Judeo-Christian-Islam) mythology, Satan (or HaSatan) is the accuser, an angel of the divine council, who challenged the religious faith of humans. Later, mstly in Christian lore, Satan was perceived usually as a fallen angel or an allegory for the manifestation of evil. In Islamic myth, Satan (Shaitan) is a term meaning astray, distant or opponent and can be applied to human or non-human alike. The most infamous, if not the most wekk known of the Shaitan, is Iblis, the daemon or Jinn that tempted Adam and Eve.

According to myth, Satan (actual Lucifer) was cast out of heaven for thinking he was the equal of god and lead a revolution against god. (The extremely simplified version) God found this to be such a heinous action that he cast Lucifer and 1/4 of the heavenly host (presumably the followers of Lucifer) into the world.

That said, the myth of Satan clearly shows that he was not human. According to Christian lore, only humans have free will, thus, everything and anything that Satan did (or does), as well as the things done by the angels that followed him, has been preordained by god.

Thus, instead of asking why can’t god forgive Satan, you should ask why did god make Satan do the things that he did to deserve expulsion from heaven and damnation.

Now, if you are of the mind that Angels have a free will and thus chose to try and usurp god by waging a war, what did god do to piss off 1/3 of the angel in heaven? Think about it. Whatever god was doing (or not doing) didn’t just upset 1/3 of the angels or get 1/3 of them a little miffed, it made one out of every three angels so angry that they waged war against heaven itself. Obviously, if god pissed of that many Angels, he did something wrong. (Even if it was simply the creation of angels that he couldn’t keep happy.)

Anyway, this is all based on mythology, legend and lore and talking about god and Satan is about as close to reality as having a conversation about The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe or The Lord of the Rings. Myth is myth.

I hope this helps.

Satan is an angel..he was created to serve and live with God. But satan became proud and thought he was better than God and led a rebellion against God..so God cast him out of heaven. Since then satan has been tempting and trying to destroy humanity because he knows how much God loves us.
God will forgive you, he loves you. But for God to forgive you, you must be sorry. Satan is not sorry. he hasnt and never will repent.
God bless

God cannot forgive blaspheme of the Holy Spirit. And when He does forgive, it has conditions to be met. Confession and repentance , then forgiveness . Satan has never been sorry or repentant of anything he ever did and, in fact, is still trying his best to aggravate God and war against him.

Satan was never human, he was the chief musician and he was an angel. Therefore God is different to him than humans. In fact forgiveness really did not come easy until Jesus died on the cross for us. Satan was jealous because god loved us and gave us the ability to create.

satan was once the head angel and he tried to overthrow God so that he could become the lord of the universe, etc. God can't have evil around him so he had to kick satan out. humans can get his forgiveness b/c we cant help that we are naturally sinners. satan made the choice to sin after already having experienced what heaven was like.

So the story goes, Satan let his ego get the best of him and he began to believe that maybe he should be driving the car. The structure of the Christan god dictates one chief and one chief only. This system does not function well with too many cooks, so Satan needed to find his own kingdom and there just wasn't a lot of good real estate left.

Satan tried to take over heaven. At the time god had not made man yet, and his promise was to forgive man through christs sacrifice. Now I personally don't believe this, but it's what I had drilled into my head growing up.

It's the other way around - Satan turned his back on God and doesn't WANT forgiveness.

Satan tried to overthrow God.

And as of this date, Satan has adamantly refused to to apologize, to ask forgiveness or to repent.

2000 years ago, Satan even engineered the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, using his minions, the Jews and the Romans, to do the actual work.

That's why he can't be forgiven. No forgiveness (for anyone) without a sincere apology and a firm purpose of amendment.

God proclaimed the creation of man.
God proclaimed that man shall contain a secret that no angel shall contain.
God placed the a portion of his soul in man.
Lucifer felt deprived and became (envious) of man.
From this envy arose (arrogance).
If envy and arrogance are entwined, a rebellious nature surfaces.
Thus Lucifer rebelled and the rest is history.

This should be a lesson for man to not allow envy and arrogance rule our lives.

If these two negative qualities are entwined in man then man takes on the qualities of Lucifer.

Man should avoid these qualities at all cost.
