y do ppl say the devil does things?

so my big sis is home from college and my mom sent her to spy on me bc im on the computer and the internet and im 14 and shes worried about what im doing but she knows i wont tell her so she sent my sister. so i showed my sister yahoo answers and we read the questions and answers and laughed and talked and it was a good time and then i asked her r u going to tell mom that its a bad thing that im on this and she said its not a bad thing to discus things w/ppl online but the devil could use certian ppl to influence me wrong ways bc im an athiest and she thinks that ppl on here r telling me that its a good thing and gods not real and stuff like that and its the devil telling them to do it

so my question for the christans is y do u blame things on the devil? im pretty sure these are real ppl im talking to not the devil does he even get the internet in hell???

People blame things on the devil because they do not take responsibility for their own actions.

Many religious followers make this claim because they are too self righteous and deluded to accept that they made their own derogatory decisions.

Well, the devil, or Satan, tempts us. He tempted Adam and Eve, and tempts us to do things that are wrong, we do have free agency on earth, but all good things are from god, and all bad is from the evil. Am i making sense at all?

Your mother is correct, there are ppl on the net that would want to talk to you only to hurt you, not just to drag you from the Lord, but to hurt you. BEcause she cares, she tries to talk to you and you need to listen. The Bible says we will be held accountible for not respecting and honoring our parents.
I would never allow a young child to use the internet. NEVER
Once they are adults, hopefully they have enough wisdom to know the dangers and use caution. The fact you have to ask this question tells me you arent old enough yet, and I pray you will listen to your mother.
As far as blaming the devil for everything, well sort of, indrectly. God encourages to do only good things For HIM. and the devil tries to influence us to do evil, anything contrary to the word of God. so, we hear from only those two sources. THey each to talk to us and get us to see their plan. But, we still have a choice on who we listen to and obey. WE cant be in Heaven unless we obey Jesus Christ, thats thru the Bible and yes Jesus is GOD. even the devil believes and he wont be saved. BElieving is not enuff. Obedience is the key to blessing, and disobedience leads to curse. Devil wants us there in hell right with him, and will ay or do whatever it takes to get us thre. He knows the word of God and will even use it to destroy it, by misquoting it, etc. The devil will come as an angel of light sometimes, of truth, when in reality , he is only a wolf in sheeps clothing ready to devour you at the second he realizes he can, and tear you down and keep you from God and obedience. No thought comes from an unknown source. ITs all from one of two sources, God or satan himself > God uses Holy angels to come to us, to lead us and guide us. and the devil uses fallen angels, evil spirits, demons to lead us away from God and into destruction. BUt its still all choice.
I was in a bad marriage for years, very unhappy, sad and lonely. Some use that as an execuse to cheat on their mate. No, God says adulttry is wrong. I never once thought about cheating, because that is not my mindset I seek only the heart of Jesus, and guess what, when we do, we save ourselves so much heartache. Just becasue he was a cheat, didnt mean I had to be. God will hold me responsible for me, not for other ppl, unless I had opportunity to speak truth and did not. You should talk to your mom aboutall these things.
Dont worry, the devil doesnt need the net to drag you to him, he knows the word, and he can do everything except read your thought, or give life and take it. He once was a good angel and he knows the word of God and Gods plan. But he doesnt want any of us to get to Heaevn or even have peace while we are here now, so he will entice you by any means he can, and with anything he can, anything to keep you from knowing God and being obedient. But it is all choice. Therefore, we can say the devil is behind the bad, but he isnt resonsible. We are held accountible for the choices we make. Its our choice, and we and we alone will each stand before God in judgment. Make sure you on the side of Jesus Christ. Press on dear child. God wants you in Heaven, and to have peace right now and joy and love, in obedience to Him, and believe me its not boring, it is quite an exciting adventure, and then you get to lead your friends to Him too. WOWOW. ITs all good. remember the devil is very smart and very cunning, he is good at what he does, and he can make ppl believe almost anything. Why do you think it is that some ppl think they can kill their entire family and then think God told them that? Its not God they hear, it is the devil.
