I need to know the yearly wages that a Georgia pre-K teacher makes... if you have a resource, that would be great too.

It totally 100% depends on where you work, if it is private, public, state funded, your educational level, years experience, etc

I agree with Lana L. Your credentials probably make a great deal of difference. The structure of the program matters too. If it is a formal Pre-K program through a school district, it probably pays better than a preschool/daycare program does. Maybe you should call a few and interview directors or teachers to ask this question.

It varies heavily. many times, preschool instructors do not make as much as instructors in grade college and above. which does not rather make experience, because of the fact that maximum could run screaming after a week in a preschool college room. yet it is beside the element :) I extremely have a BA in Early childhood (Preschool-third grade) and make $sixteen an hour as a preschool head instructor...exceedingly much 1300 each and every 2 weeks, which quantities to approximately one thousand after taxes. yet i'm in easy terms in my first 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, so i'm uncertain how that compares to different states/areas or years of adventure. i be attentive to a instructor's assistant makes around 10 an hour to start in our center so i could assume that a instructor with below a 4 3 hundred and sixty 5 days degree could make someplace around 12 or 13 an hour.

I think it may be in the low to mid 30's...but bear in mind there is also a state income tax in GA.
