You're painting with a rather broad brush. The church I attend has a membership that is reflective of the demographics of our community with respect to race. We may even have more minorities as a percentage of our membership than our community has.
In the companies I've worked for I've always hired the most qualified person to do the job I'm looking to fill. I neither look for minorities to fill positions nor discriminate against them.
I think you've met one or two bad apples and you're condemning the whole bushel.

Christianity IS the religion of love. Our 2 greatest commandments are "LOVE the Lord your God above all others. And LOVE your neighbour as yourself." I can't talk about individuals obv. but i can say that anyone who is a member of the KKK is NOT a Christian and has completely missed the point. They have nothing to do with the true Church. Racism is completely opposed to the teachings of Christianity and i cant see how someone can be racist and truly follow Jesus.

Read the bible. It's an entire history of people perverting God's word.
The Israelites were constantly rebuked by the prophets for obeying the letter of the law, making the sacrifices, but not having love for each other or obedience to God.
Jesus repeatedly attacked the religious rulers of the day for perverting Judaism into a legalistic structure and not having love.
If the bible is true, what should we expect? That fallen men would take faith in Jesus and twist it into legal structures that are devoid of love.
It's all in the Book. Check it out.

This is what my donkey says, Bena...:
The N.T. tells you that there would be false teachers and false prophets. That grievous wolves would enter in,, not sparing the flock. That Satan would sow tares (weeds) in the church.
So we need not be surprised that there are few people in the churches that live properly. Yes, even ministers embarrass God by their conduct.
But God knows His own, those who live according to His Word, and many outside the churches are living up to the best light they have. At the end, Revelation 18 tells of God calling His people out of Babylon. That word means confusion.
They will stand through His strength, and receive their reward.

Have you been to a klan meeting? Anyways, this would appear to be the case because people are fallen and depraved individuals who at times sully the name of Christianity with their own agenda. You cannot deem all Christians and generalize us all to be racists, etc. when this is not the case. That would be like me saying all Atheists are horrible people. I don't agree with that statement, and I also don't let one person taint my view of others. This is what we call having an open mind and having a world view. Try it.

Most churches are diversified. The one I go to is mostly white but I do see Hispanics, African-Americans, and even Asians as well.
Most churches don't segregate people by race. I also see more and more churches being run by African Americans.

It depend on the church, I go to a well mixed church and everyone gets along. I guess some people forget that Christ said "Love one another." It goes farther than just words.

I don't know what church you're going to... but it isn't mine. There are faces of every shade and shape on Sunday nights when I look out into the congregation, from every continent except Antarctica.

Because people are stupid. There is no such thing as a real Christian; one who truly follows all of Jesus' examples.
How many times have you seen rich WASPs go to church, then as soon as it is over, rush to their Lamborghini or Hummer and drive home as soon as possible?
Christianity is beautiful, but people are not good enough to follow Jesus fully.
