The apartment building next to my house is only about 6 feet away from my kitchen window. My window over the sink is high enough to just look over the concrete privicy wall between the buildings. So when I do dishes I face the sliding glass doors into the apartment next door. The sliding glass door faces the wall and seem to be the only windows in the tiny apt.
I have seen my neighbor naked/dressing several times. He does have a privacy wall and does not face public property(so not considered indecent exposure). He is very nice and kind of cute, decent body with a little extra weight. But i feel bad cuz he has no natural light if he shuts the blinds and has no other room to chance since it is a bachelor style apt.
What should I do? I am not offended really. Would you say something to him? If so what? Is it wrong to just let it go and keep seeing him like that?

Of course you should say something...what if it was the other way around? You'd want your privacy, right? Anyway...you should tell him what you have told us...that you have noticed him nude when you happen to wash dishes, and you do not try to spy unnecessarily!

Perhaps one day when he is clothed and you can see him wave hi to him. Do this a few times over the course of a week. After while he may take notice that you can see him easily and he will also realize that you can see him nude too !
You could also one day when you see he has clothing on go over and ask to borrow something ( ketchup) Mention that " I could see you were home" motion toward your window ! hopefully that would give him the "hint"
Anyhow ,you say your place is brand new perhaps after a while you won't notice him as much. Try to not to develop a habit of noticing what he is doing. Also don't go showing him to your friends or family that may visit your place. That would be just plain wrong .

Im writing this naked. I think you enjoy the view so why end it. say nothing, do nothing, and be happy. I'm sure it makes you chuckle inside anyhow. Maybe you should ask him on a date then tell him if your going to do that at all. What if he brings a lady home and you see them having sex. How would this make you feel? Id go through a few possible scenarios in your head and see if you can deal with them, then adjust the situation accordingly.

Don't tell him you've seen him nude! No need to cause unneccessary shame. Just tell him his windows are a bee-line from yours when you're doing dishes, and let him make the connection. Tell him you're not nosy, but you can't help seeing into his house occasionally. That way he knows he needs to shut the blinds and be more aware.
If you want to respect his privacy, tell him. He might absolutely hate the idea of being caught naked unawares. I know I would. I prefer to be obvious about it. :)

If it were me, I'd call up my friends and invite them over for a private screening of the show that he's offering.
How lucky can you be girl? With my luck, the guy I'd be looking over at would be 60 years old, 200 pounds overweight with a hairy pelt covering his back.

Bah! You're cute. He knows what he's doing. Invite him to come over for dinner then have him help you wash the dishes. He'll notice the view in front of him.

You know what, if you don't like him, tell him straight up. In any tone you want. If you like him and he likes you back, you should ask him out. If he does, you go out, and get to know each other. If you do start dating, you can look at him dressing, and then joke and say hey, you wanna get dirty over there? And then he may take it real, or he may take it as a joke. (If he takes it real, make sure you dress sexy!)

You're a peeper and nobody has to know, good for you. You can't tell the man you're watching him dress, that's embarassing. Not everyone realizes others can see from outside. How about showing him yours and you'll be even?

The more polite and tactful solutionwould be to show him what he is doing in a very subtle way, which would be for you to walk around nude when he can see into your apartment, then he will understand what he is doing.

As uziell said, curtains. If you don't have any, get some and keep them closed. Or get some blinds so that they will let light in, but block your view, hopefully.

If you don't want to see the view anymore, slide a note under his door and tell him anonymously that he has been seen nude and if you really want to stop it ask in the note if he has reached puberty yet.
