Yes, I think it says on the bottle that you shouldn't drive or operate machinery while you are taking it.

i agree it can cause drowsiness, but not to everyone. i take alot of vicodin and it has the opposite effect on me. personally i dont see how people can get addicted to them, they dont do that much for/to me. if you are new to the drug do not drive, have someone around you till you know what it does to you, everyone is different and reacts in different ways

Yes it can cause drowsiness. I would either not take them during working hours or have someone else drive you to work.

Vicodin typically causes drowsiness, but for my fiance on the other hand he can't sleep. So all and all it depends on the person, and I agree it's a GREAT drug!

Absolutely! Vicodin will ake you drowsy, especially if you are not accustomed to taking prescription pain medication. Start with half of one at home to see how you feel.

Oh yeah, make sure to eat something first so you don't throwup...

Vicoden is a narcotic and can cause drowsiness in some people. The response varies from individual to individual. Try taking it on your day off to see how you respond.

One side effect is drowsiness, and it may affect work or driving. Check with your physician for further questioning.

Yes!! It puts a lot of people to sleep.

You should never drive while taking vicodin and I doubt if you'd be able to work very well either.

It can cause drowsiness, and it can cause constipation.
If you take too much over a period of time, it can also cause liver, and kidney damage as well as eating the lining of your stomach.
