Last couple days blood has felt like its been draining in my throat or towards the back of my mouth. First time it started was when it was 96 degrees outside and dry. I am not sure if its possible its related to sinuses or not, but there is no blood in my nose. It happens a couple times a day. Is this normal?

I believe you recognize that this sensation is not 'normal'. The question is whether or not you could have blood drain down the back of your throat without it coming out of the front of your nose. The answer is yes. If this is the case it is generally not serious but always should be tended to promptly. As a family medicine physician I would suggest that you see other than your family doctor - a minor emergency clinic, an emergency department, or an ENT (oto-rhino-laryngologist) - but I would certainly encourage you to have this evaluated promptly. Serious nasal bleeds and hemorrhages from the posterior (back) area of the nasal passages are not uncommon.

I'm not sure but it could be something like a bloody nose but more toward the back of the nasal cavity. Bloody noses aren't dangerous unless the bleeding doesn't stop after 20 minutes. How often is the bloodflow? Is it continuous? I think you might want to at least chat with a doctor, just to make sure.

I don't think this is normal. You could have a weird kind of bloody nose that has turned into a post-nasal drip, but to be safe, you should see a doctor on the off chance that the issue is something more serious that sinuses.
