I would say that kissing is based on culture, tradition and/or custom, so it's not natural. Some cultures don't kiss. However, attraction is natural. And the attraction drives us to do what our mind tells us is natural.

well i can say no when i first kissed with my love it was for just a sec or 2 and it was something i dint realised or much active kiss but after sometime when we really tried to i can say it was one of the best feeling and we were really active i wasnt experienced he was but i can say my first kiss made my bf feel how can i kiss so very well and i really blushed hapily inside and even felt bit happy that im good at something unknowingly

No, so don't get embarrassed if it's awkward, and requires care and effort on both people's part, even after a lot of practise, it is not always perfect. Sometimes it's easiest if one person stays still and the other one moves their face into position to make contact.

With my current love ---- absolutely. I think if you have true chemistry with the person, the first kiss is mind numbing.
