Oh, I wish I could give you some of mine. If you're 5'-6" now, you're probably stuck, although there is a slim possibility that you might get taller. Check to see with other members of your family. Most likely your growth pattern will be like theirs, just like your height.
I've never had much problem gaining weight, but I can tell you what does it--fat and sugar. Snack foods and plenty of fast food will pack on the pounds, whether you want it to or not.

you should still grow, as to gain weight, I knew a girl in the same situation, she was told by her doctor to drink slim fast shakes on top of eating..because the shakes have all the calories you need.

dude i hav no idea i hav the same problem . jus try to work out. forget about the height some ppl grow into their 20s. just concentrate on the muscle

some people are just built skinny. if you eat healthy and exercise, and your still the same weight, dont worry too much about it.
