What should i do? Everytime i go out to eat my stomach acts up and my day is ruined. I always have to run to the bathroom.

It sounds almost like you've caught yourself in the vicious cycle of anxiety/IBS. What I mean by that is that you know that it has happened to you when you go out to eat, therefore, it may continue to happen until you treat the underlying anxiety. If the IBS episode is started by a general feeling of anxiety, perhaps you should talk to your doc about something to take the edge off.

This may not be accurate at all for you, but this was my experience. I can now control it with meditation, exercise, and diet. I hope that you may be able to, also. IBS can really affect your quality of life when it hits in social settings. :(

Sugarless rice pudding. I even have IBS, and this works like a allure. a million cup white rice, 2 cups water...carry to a boil then simmer quarter-hour till all water is absorbed. upload 3 cups entire milk, a million cup raisins, a million teaspoon vanilla, a million/2 teaspoon cinnamon. take place warmth and stir till blend starts off to thicken. waiting to consume perfect out of the pot, or would be saved in refrigerator and eaten chilly. Very soothing to the intestins. regardless of you do, do no longer upload sugar or butter. those 2 substances are fairly nerve-racking to IBS victims.

Talk to a doctor about the medication called zelnorm. It works pretty well.
