In love, you want what is best for the other person, even if it means sacrifice on your part. Infatuation and crush are just passing emotions.

a crush is an initial attraction, wanting to get to know someone/ask them out. It's the stepping stone to a relationship.
infatuation is the first month or so of a relationship, when it's all opening doors and thinking about each other all the time and love notes/poems,etc., all the romantic, happy stuff.
Love is when you've been in a relationship for a year or so and experienced a lot together, good and bad, and saw each other at your best and worst and realize that it's not all fairytales and romance,but actually a lot of hard work, but when it's right, it's worth it.

A crush is when you feel interest towards someone. Love is when you know you don't want to spend the rest of your life without that person. I had several crushes throughout high school but that was it. They usually ended when I found out more about the person. As for my husband, the more i found out about him and the kind of person he was, the more I liked him. We eventually started dating and then I just knew. I didn't want to be with anyone but him. I fell madly in love with him. Almost 6 years later, I am more in love with him than ever:)

A crush is usually in your younger teenage years. And probably someone that would be close to impossible to be with.
Infatuation is mainly being attracted to the way someone looks.
Love is about loving the person that you're with inside and out. You love the person that they are, plus you're attracted to them.
Loving a person also means, mainly, that you love them inspite of their faults.
Because everybody has their faults, but it's knowing what their faults are and still being happy with that person. You can never change a person , so you have to accept them for who they are. That is love.
But don't forget "Love Is Blind" so you have to really sit back and think if this is the person you want to be with for the rest of your life.
Karolina, sounds like you've never been in love.
Once you're in love, you know the difference.

An "infatuation" or "crush" is a lusting which is temporary...lasting a few days to a few months. True love is a long-lasting true caring for another person. You know you really love that person when you care more about them than you do about your own self and needs. Most marriages have infatuation and lust at the beginning. The marriages that last have the love part, too.

(so crush and infatuation are pretty much the same)
Love is a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
So basically infatuations and crushes are intense but relatively short lived...love is typically there for the long haul (or a much more extended duration)...and may not be as intense as a crush/infatuation, but definitely will be more deep.

well, crush is when u first notice the person, and ur attracted to him.
Infatuation is when u feel more than an atraction and u start to really like the guy.
Love is when ur sure of what u feel about him, there is no one like him and you can't see any other guys like him

a crush is where you see someone and you think, wow, he's really attractive and I'd like to get to know him better!
infatuation is where you get to know him and you think, he's absolutely amazing, I'm in love!
and love is when you get down and dirty and work hard at that relationship, even though at times you don't really want to.
