Simple ! Foreigners (Indians, Chinese, Russians, East Europeans) work for less and do a similar and even better job.

Intel has had international plants since the late '70s.

The global economy is one that makes sense at the time :) Our supermarket regularly sells garlic from China, but the other day it was from Mexico (I live in Australia).
