it takes 9 months to put the weight one so you should give yourself the same amount of time to get it back off.. Don't go over board and take pills just work out and it will come back off. Your young your body is flexible.
ps... dont worry about all the negative comments on here about you being a young mother. My sister is a teen mother and she is a very good mother. just make sure your baby is the most important thing in your life and you'll be fine. Take this as a lession to not have unprotected sex again until your married.. don't worry about what everyone else says.. You know how you are with your baby! Good Luck

Anywhere between 115-120 lbs would be a good weight for your height- just try to excersise a little every day- take your baby on long walks in the carriage, around the neighborhood or the mall. Try to just eat things like yogurt and fruit for breakfast, lean grilled meat (like chicken) and steamed veggies for lunch, and a sensible dinner like more lean meat and veggies, or pasta (which is full of carbs but helps you to not be hungry as often.) Remember- you had a baby- your body might never look exactly the same again, but you will be better off toning up through exercise and healthy eating than just starving yourself.

How long ago did you have your baby? Are you nursing? Nursing is the best way to lose baby weight. Realize also that your body went through 9 months of change, and will need time to get back to normal. As long as you are eating right, and exercising... at 15 years, you should get back to your normal weight. Good luck!

yes you can. the advice i always give people is worry more about you look as abosed to weight. losing weight and losing fat are to VERY different things. start with some cardio every day and mix in weight training at least 3 days per week. i know a lot of girls dont like free weights put they should do it for their whole lives. it prevents osteoperosis and gives them a slimmer, more toned look

For one thing, when you and if you had a baby, you will still be fat due to birth. It's same thing as getting fat when you're getting pregnant.
For other thing, you shouldn't even worry about the weight especially for one month. Take it easy.
And for one more thing, I don't know why someone would have a baby at 15 years of life....
