There are approximately 300 calories in one sandwich made with those ingredients. As far as whether it is "healthy" or not, it isn't the best thing for you, but it's better than most things. For one, eggs are quite high in cholesterol (containing 2/3 of your maximum daily intake) but chock full of other vitamins and nutrients. Brown bread is great because it is less refined than white bread and full of fiber. Furthermore, miracle whip is low in fat but it is full of "empty" calories because it has low nutrient density compared to it's number of calories. But as I always say, if you remain active and watch your diet to ensure sufficient vitamins, water, fiber, minerals, etc... you should be fine.

It differs on what you use and how much, so to calculate calories per sandwich look at the following. Remember to divide the total calories in batch of egg salad by number of sandwiches you can make. To make it taste better you can add two heaping table spoons of sweet relish or to taste but also add the extra calories to total. Play with it to get taste and best calorie results.
EGGS
1.0 cup (4.86 large eggs) has 357 calories
1.0 small has 54 calories
1.0 medium has 65 calories
1.0 large has 74 calories
1.0 large has 74 calories
1.0 jumbo has 96 calories
1.0 extra large has 85 calories
Bread calories see link below
GREEN ONIONS
1.0 cup, chopped has 32 calories
1.0 small (3" long) has 2 calories
1.0 medium (4-1/8" long) has 5 calories
1.0 large has 8 calories
1.0 tbsp chopped has 2 calories
MIRACLE WHIP
One table spoon has 40 calories

You must mean wheat bread....wheat bread is always healthier than white. Here is a recipe I use....
4 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup miracle whip (go light on this because it full of sugar and fat)
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 stalk of celery
1 tablespoon dill relish
2 scallions
salt and pepper to taste
makes 2 servings
Serve on whole wheat with spinach leaves or lettuce.

if you make it with the non-fat or low fat miracle whip, they it is not too bad for you. It is the mayo and/or miracle whip that is the bad part. i also like mustard in mine.
