John 14:1-3
Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Fathers house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go to prepare a place for you, I will receive you unto myself; that where I am, there you will be also..
I love the scripture, "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord"
I know when I take my last breath on this ol earth, I will immediately be in the presence of my Savior and be with Him forever, never to experience pain, sorrow, etc ever again... I will reside in Paradise with my loved ones and Jesus!!
I think about my mansion in Heaven that God has prepared for me and I know, by being saved, one day I will live in that mansion.. I am so blessed each day by God...

Lev 25:44, that must be my most favorite part of the scriptures. I have been trying for years to live up to this part of the scripture, just not quite sure where to start. Maybe it is because I am not worthy enough, but even with the Internet, I still can not find the slaves that God has said that I am entitled to have.

We join spokes together in a wheel,
but it is the center hole
that makes the wagon move.
We shape clay into a pot,
but it is the emptiness inside
that holds whatever we want.
We hammer wood for a house,
but it is the inner space
that makes it livable.
We work with being,
but non-being is what we use.
--Tao Te Ching
I think I'm on the verge of understanding this as it applies to doing as well as being. Now if I could only comprehend how...

Romans 8 is the best of the Bible, and chapter 9 has the hardest saying of the Bible, I like both of these.
below is the sum of both chapters.
Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Romans9: 11(For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) 12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.
13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated.

My favorite scripture is "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whomever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life" and it applies to me because though I am totally imperfect and sin; because I repent in the name of Christ I am forgiven.

A righteous man may have many troubles but the Lord delivers him from them all.. Ps. 34:19
I love how the Bible is so true.. it never tries to give you any kind of false hope. So often we think that because we're Christians nothing bad can happen or should happen to us.. But God promises that things wont always go well but He also promises that He's right there..

Psalms 119:165- "Abundant peace belongs to those loving your law, and for them there is no stumbling block." I love this scripture because it helps me to not allow life's problems, or mean-spirited people to take away my joy and peace of mind.

The Lord is good; His love is eternal and His faithfulness lasts forever. Psalm 100.5
It applies to everyone who will accept it.
