The essence of this "All" is the awareness inherent therein.
Our Life is a series of these moments, rather akin to an olden time flickering movie. Because we are within these moments, each moment involves us within its matrix as it were. This means in essence that the outcome of each moment defines who we are right then and there because it is within these moments that we choose to act or not from thoughts within our Mind and it is our actions which then determine what happens in the next moment.
Where we are today is a direct result or consequence of what we chose yesterday, let us choose wisely for a happier tomorrow... to do this let us choose a happier tomorrow for another.... we can then derive our happiness from another's happiness as opposed to deriving it in spite of them....

In One single moment your life can be changed in a action or a word. It can be a profounding affect on your well being as well as those around you. That one single moment can be stuck in your memories that can influence the rest of your life, and how you perceive things.

Now. If you're mindful of that single moment, you see the "emptiness" (Buddhist def. of the word) of the moment, the fact that the moment before it is what caused this one single moment and that it has no finite beginning nor end as it becomes the next moment.

depends on the moment. it could be hatred. anger. jealousy. joy. sadness. love. peace. war. so many different moments. the moments during 9/11 had most of the bad ones. the moments afterwards there was a huge uproar of happiness when we came together and prepared for war with the taliban. now we're back to being miserable cus it got screwed up so bad
