Yes, it's proof of evolution!
When your leftovers go rotten, new lifeforms evolve from the decomposition of food that were never there before. God doesn't visit each and everyone's refridgerator to wave his magic wand and say "Let There Be Mold!" and "Let there be Bacteria!" >>>POOF!!!<<<
