I don’t think you can qualify any type of cancer as any better or worse than another type. You can only look at cure rates.

Ovarian and Pancreatic cancers are very hard to treat since they do not show signs until they cancer has progressed too far to treat. As a person with pancreatic problems (thankfully not cancer yet) I can tell you anything dealing with the pancreas is extremely painful.

I personaly think the prostate cancer I have is the worse I can have. With all the bowel problems I'm having, from radiation, I wonder if the final outcome is going to be the same, Why continue? I have battled skin cancer for 20 years, I was raised in Florida and we lived in the sun. I felt that was bad but nothing like prostate cancer.

My sister died from lung cancer, so I think that was the worse she could have.

Any cancer you get, is the worse you can get.

The kind that takes your life is the worst I would think. Brain cancer is extremely painful if that is what you were wondering about.

Depends on how you define "worst".

In terms of average and median survival time and rates, it's pancreatic cancer. (3-6 months with 5-year survival rate of 2%).

In terms of pain and quality of life, most late stage cancers are really bad.

I'm sure you can find a more reliable place to learn morbidity rates for different cancers than asking non-medical people on a public board.

I've heard that pancreatic and ovarian cancers are among the worst in terms of survival.

I think all are the same ! , they are all dreadful and disaster ! . But you can imagine if someone has Oat cell carcinoma of lung and has desire to breath normally , but he/she can't . Also you can imagine a patient with end stage Gastrointestinal malignancy that produce bowel obstruction , the patient desire to eat , to drink but not only he/she can't but also he/she will vomit feces like materials from the mouth ! .
So , cancers that are presented in end stages and inoperable status and cancers that are still incurable surgically , have the worst prognosis of all .

I personally feel that lung cancer is the worst. It spreads quickly and leaves the person unable to breathe.
