meats and veggies!eat a lot of protien like grilled chicken and steak. limit the carbs!eat dark green vegetables. when you have salad, use romain lettuce, or something like that.throw in some fresh spinich.if you use a good vinigarrette , you won't be able to taste the spinich. a good one is balsomic vinegarrette. eat yogurt and protien shakes when you don't have time to make a meal. don't skip meals because the whole point of this diet is to speed up your metabolism. that's the only way you can lose weight and lkeep it off.

try the fat smash diet it really works if you follow it and eat chicken and shrimp they are lean meats that you should eat
