did he feel a sense of sympathy, or fell sorry for those people that make the mistake, did he ever ponder how the punishment will effect the family member emotionally and mentally. What would happened to the children if their father or mother was stoned to death because of committing adultery, surely they will become an orphan at a very young age without their parents love, did he ever thought of this thing

Beside that he introduce a law where people that was caught steeling will be subjected to severe punishment that is chopping their hand, how would that person feed his family if he has lost his hands particularly if he was the sole bread winner of the family, did he ever thought of this.

This is the problem when an illiterate person cannot analyze or comprehend something that was not from GOD

Clearly Muhammad was not a prophet of God.The God that spoke to Moses left instruction on how we know who is a prophet of God. Allah says he is this God. Shouldn't Allah follow his own rules? Moses says a prophet of God must agreee with the prophets of God. Muhammad taught differen't than these prophets. Moses taught a prophet must be in agreement wiht the word of God. Muhammad is not in agreement with the previous word of God. If Allah is this God as he says...How is it he isnt following his won rules and telling you Muhammad is not a propet of his...Sorry this makes no sense. If Allah is not the God of Abraham and the Bible why does he say he is?

Someday, a woman came to the prophet's house and aid that she had sex with a man who was not her husband (where the punishment according to Shareia is death). The prophet asked her whether she was a pregnant, she said yes. He told her to go and wait until she childbirth. Later, and after she gave birth, she returned back to the prophet to inform him. He said she should back to her child and finish the period of breast feeding the child (21 months according to Quran) and then the punishment would take place.
After she finished the breast feeding she came again and said she was ready for the punishment.
While the Muslims were throwing her with stones (which is the way for the punishment), some blood smear had thrawn to a man cloths. The man damned te woman, but the prophet, PBUH, got anger at the man and said: don't damn her, she has received a forgiveness and mercy from God that would be enough to save all the people.

Lessons learnt from this story:
- The prophet gave the woman the chance to NOT return back to execute the punishment (as she can ask for forgiveness from God without abide to the punishment). But she insisted to abide to the punishement.
- The prophet taught the followers to respect the people who are under the punishment because they have had the chance to not to confess and keep the sin in secret but they did and confess.

By the way, punishments in Islam would not be executed unless full, complete and accurate evedences presented and approved.

Edit: I don't care what pagans do to clean their sins...I don't have many Gods in deed!!! I have one God, who is the God of the universe. And when he states that stoning is the way to punish then it is ok, although I hate it!!!!
But I said, the sin in Quran could be cleaned by asking for forgiveness and without going to be stoned or whatever.
Those public punishment were only set to those makes public sins in front of all people. By other words, punishement will be executed to those confess their sins in public as well as those who did the sins in front of public (many witnesses saw committing the sin).
IN PRINCIPAL, MUSLIM DO NOT NEED TO CONFESS THE SIN AND THEY CAN ASK FOR FORGIVENESS FROM GOD WITHOUT GETTING PUNISHED.
Hope it is clear now. and thanks for the note above.

Peace!

punishment is nessasary in the society as much as reward.to suit all people whether they are ill and evil and whether they are kind and loving.
punishment in islam is not a silly or ignorant law to be judjed in this way.we have to look carefully.
and there are conditions to make the punishment.the punishment of steeling as you mentioned was stopped in one year of khalifa omar bin khattab because there was not enough food at that year,so who steeled of hunger was not punished.
look this punishment should be fulfilled when man satisfys his needs then he steels,at that moment he is taking something more than his right and he is extreminating others ,and this behavior shows a sort of illness and extrimination that should be treated.and banned ,so others who see this punishment will not think of doing it.
in my town lots of people steel ,and then get prisoned ,then after going out of the prison they do it again.but a man who thinks that his hand will be chopped if he steels he will never think of it.it is not just a punishment.it is away to prevent simillar crimes from happening.

and behold the punishments when applied to poor and rich it would be complete justice!
do not tell me that the law treats the poor same as rich nowadays.at least the laws of islam when they were applied they were applied for all people in the same way.

the punishments were so preventive in islam for the behaviors that extreminate and violate others(but when you make a sin like stop praying no one will punish you but god will do so).

concerning adultery.have you asked yourself why do we have so many orphanges.isn't a great cause of this is commiting adultery.do you think that who commit adultery after being married care about their children?
i do not think so.
then why are orphanages are full of illegal children.having sex out of marriage is forbidden to protect children and their right of settlement and having care in a real family.
do not you see that in the islamic countries the number of orphanages is very low compared to thatn western countries?

yes mohammed was illetrate.but the teachings of islam came from god who has the absolute knowledge.
the miracle of the teachings of islam is that they can not be written by an illitrate or even a scientist or any expert.they can not be set by any human.i witness.

Islamic Love: An oxymoron.

Since Allah's love is conditional, there are no similarities between Islam and Christianity.

Mohammad introduced NO law. He read (or was taught) the Torah of the Jews and the New Testament of Christ and made up "his" law.

First of all, any law that is passed by sharia requires 3 eye witnesses.

If a person is performing sex infront of 3 eye witnesses, knowing the law of the land, then they wholy deserve to be punished for it.

The Prophet was a very compassionate man. But compassion is not supposed to clash with the understanding of justice. As it is, he even has said ,that he would cut off his own daughters hand if she was to steal something.

He knew very well, that compassion is good only when shown towards someone who was oppressed, not towards someone who breaks the law knowing full well the extent of its punishments.

there were people come to prophet Muhammad admitting their crimes and prophet Muhammad try to avoid them because he doesn't want to punish them, but prophet Muhammad does whatever God told him to do without arguing, he doesn't do things by his own.

there is a story of a a man who keep coming to the prophet Muhammad admitting his crime, every time he comes to the prophet the prophet avoid him or ask him to leave, then the man insist that prophet Muhammad punish him with the law of God.

and if this law is not from God as you claim, then how can you explain the punishment of Hell that is much worse than what you just mentioned, Tsunami, Katrina, earth quacks...etc

I think that this law or whatever was created much after his death. I doubt that he made the law, it was probably created by extremists later on.
