By fast food I mean: McDonalds, Taco Bell, KFC, BK, Wendy's, Rally's, Checkers, White Castle, local burger joints, and the like, as well as pizza, sub sandwiches and that sort of thing.

Three or four times a year. The money and calories from purchasing fast food piles up with amazing speed; it seems like "pocket change," but it's really not. My brother eats out two to three times a week; much less than his peers, but that's $100 a month right there, $1,200 a year. Or a very nice vacation, which i took and he was not able to join me on.

I'm not concerned about my weight.

I probably have mcdonalds as quickly as a week. There are some weeks have been I even have it two times and that i've got additionally been an entire month without mcdonalds. Mcdonalds is the only rapid nutrients place I consume.

we only eat at those places if we have too, about once a month or longer between visits. Yes my boyfriend and I are both concerned about our weight and we do not want our 3 year old son to develop bad eating habits . So we eat good and have been having him help us work out. It makes things a little more difficult but he loves it.

I seldom eat. Maybe 3 months 1 time only.

I do not concern about weight at all. As I am skinny.

I'm going to say about 6 times a week, and yes, I am a perfectly healthy person who actually weighs less than I should for my height, and that is because it is possible to make smart choices even on a fast food menu.

I eat out about three times a week and if you don't eat out every day you shouldn't have to worry about your weight. Then again it depends on your metabolism.

TONS!! atleast 5-10 times a week. i am 18, weight about 120 and am 5'4 and no i dont worry about my weight!

ZERO!

I hate that stuff!!! Unless it's an emergency or something, I don't like to depend on fast food places for my nutrition..It's shocking if you get a chance to look at their calorie intake!!!
