I have never tried one before but because of my current financial situation I want to try a Home Perm. All I want to do is have a permanent curl at the ends of my hair Curling Inwards -- any opinions on Brands, what I should do, anyone who has done this Much Appreciated!

I would think it would be better if I could make it not a perfect curl (not like Marlo Thomas for those of you old enough to remember "That Girl") but a free/looser looking inward curl?? help

Check up AVON coz they have lot of advanced techniques for hair-styling and also moisturisers which could possibly help you best. See their new catalogue listed here and set up a date with a professional advisor or shop online at www.avon.com. it will also cost you less.

Just say no! you can end up overprocessed aka fried or underprocessed aka no curl. If your'e in a financial bind, go to your local cosmetology school. There reasonably priced and under the supervision of a licenced instructor.
