I don't have Outlook anymore so I am looking for a similar calendar / To-Do-List / Organiser / Tasks with reminder notifications etc that is accessible from the Taskbar and and Desktop to have quick any easy access to add dates, meeting, notes etc. Can anyone suggest a FREE software download. Gimmicks, extra photos and all the stuff is not required. Just a simple to use basic program.

The link has several programs. Another way to go is by using googles calendar. Its online and notifies by email when something is coming up. It is great since u can access the calendar anyware. To use google calendar u must have a GMAIL account.
