Have you tried using sunblock or sunscreen? Try one with a SPF of 30 or more if you are very prone to sunburn. Also, avoid being out in the sun during the hours of 10 am and 3 pm when the sun is at its strongest. Good luck!

Don't go in the sun after 10 a.m. or before 4 p.m., wear a big brimmed hat, put on sun screen, if you are going to be outside arrange for shade--find a tree if you can, or cover yourself with long sleeved and long legged clothing, or if you are going to lie on a beach take a sheet in addition to your beach towel and cover yourself with the sheet. Its important to avoid the sun, it ages the skin and can cause skin cancer, some of which is extremely dangerous.

use a SUN-BLOCK lotion with high SPF....above 30. Looks like ur skin is sensitive. Keep away from direct sun when the sun is at its pick....noon. If ur palaing in the sun u'll need to re-apply the lotion every now and again coz sweat removes the lotion away. Try Coppertone SPF 45 or Neutrogena SPF 45...both good for sensitive skin

Sunscreen. They have nice spray on ones (aerosol and non-aerosol) that are easier to use and nongreasy like the cream ones.
And remember, when you burn and your skin turns red, you're actually getting UVA and UVB rays which can cause skin ageing, wrinkles, and cancer. Whatever you do, if you burn (and even if you don't) WEAR SUNSCREEN. Even on cloudy days, UV rays still come through the clouds!

Use sunscreen with at least an SPF of 15. Apply sunscreen every 2-3 hours you are in the sun.

The best way, of course, is to stay in the shade.
