How about tim horton's and starbucks?

NO of course NOT, under the true definition of negative fast foods. It's cheese, tomatoes [sauce] olive oil and bread..... the staff of life! And with meat, it's a fully rounded meal which is only baked, not even fried so not unhealthy. It's no different than any Italian meal / dish, even they often have bread ''crumbs'', so it's the same thing only in a different SHAPE LOL..... Eat up!

No pizza is good healthy wholesome and at times even awe inspiring food. Any food that is spoken of in reverential* tones could never be considered fast food.
BTW Sugar Pie : Tim Hortons is a Canadian chain of donut shops.
* Ask a couple of New Yorkers who has the best pizza in the city -then stand back
