Its normal for the day's first urination to have a strong odor and be yellow because your kidneys have been filtering for a long time and there hasn't been much fluid intake to dilute it. Not expelling as much as you take in during the day should concern you though. I would recommend you see your Dr..

If it has only been two days it is not really going to affect you yet. Give it a few more days. You could be loosing it in sweat also. It is recommended that you drink 8 glasses of water a day. Keep drinking the water, it is healthy for you and it will help flush any infection if you may have one, and if you are loosing it in sweat it is definately helping replace lost nutrients.

Keep it up! You may have been dehydrated before, and your body is "hoarding" the water in case you quit drinking it. After about a week, your body will realize you're drinking lots of water for good (aren't you?!) and normalize itself.
Your "wee" will always be a pale yellow, no matter how much you drink. You just don't want it strongly colored or "scented."

You definitely need to go see a doctor. If there is an odor to your morning urine, then that probably is the sign of an infection. Get it checked out as soon as possible.

Water is the most healthy thing you could do..... if anything's wrong the water will only HELP, so ask your doctor and get a checkup if worried, but don't stop the water.

drink more water and see a doctor. could be you're losing fluids another way, like sweat--or there could be something wrong. a feeling like 'your holding it all in' could mean a blockage, which can get serious. go see a doc.

GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!! Maybe it's because when u drink too much water ur body starts to shut down. So from now on only drink when ur thirst not when u don't need it.
