OK so i met this guy on an online dating site. I know lots of people on y/a don't like those sites, but my question isn't about that.
we've been IMing each other every day for about 3 wks. Every morning he sends me an email to say hi and have a good day. we spoke on the phone 2x then a 3rd time had a couple hour convo. I know he is very busy at work.
next day after the convo, which i thought went well, no email and no call.
now i am worried i may have said something wrong without realizing it. is it too soon to worry? how would you feel?

Go back and re-read your messages if you did not say anything wrong then don't worry about it.
If you did, then apologize, but he should be mature enough to atleast let you know that you were being rude to him.
He may be too busy with things offline. Just send him a message saying "hi" and if he does not respond, then forget about him.
Three weeks he should have asked you out by now.

Maybe he got jacked in that mass arrest the other day for the world wide pedafile ring? I wouldn't stress, those sites are full of way messed up people. You're probably better off.

Girl he cant get away from his wife long enough to send you an email or talk on the phone. That is what I think.

you just need to relax. he's probably busy at work. give him a little bit of time. he liked you for you, there isn't anything wrong. he'll call or email, just give him time.

you may desire to be very basic and tell him precisely the way you experience and what you prefer (or do no longer want) from him. i know it is stressful, even though it is particularly the only way. This Josh is your buddy, you may desire to be basic with him.

that's exactly what it is 'an Internet dating site' maybe you did say something. or maybe he did not like the sound of your voice or maybe now the intrigue is gone......move on....
