I think everyone should be free to do what they want as long as in so doing they don't infringe upon the rights of someone else.
I think that is the principle the U.S. laws are founded on. I also think that is a principle of Christianity.
There is freedom, tempered with responsibility to others. I think everyone has a right (and an obligation) to that.

I don't see why not. Right are based on a person's humanity and not their religion. The Constitution theoretically guarantees the rights of all religions. I suppose it will guarantee them to a point though. If, for example, someone was committing human sacrifice rituals in their backyard I doubt the U.S. justice system would be too lenient toward them.

What rights do Christians have that others do not? What the right to vote? The right to work? The right to believe what you want?

Should they? Yes.
Are they? Not really, at least in many countries.
Even the United States operates basically on a "don't ask, don't tell" policy when it comes to non-judeo-christian religions, especially Atheism.

The right as a child of God?
If someone isn't a Christian, they aren't yet born again, born of His Spirit, redeemed by His blood. So they don't have the spiritual eyes to see or enter Gods Spiritual Kingdom. There is special authority over the Kingdom of Darkness & ones own flesh sin nature when one is brought out of this worlds darkness into His Marvelous Light.
There are special inherited rights given to everyone born of God. They are blessed with every spiritual blessing & they bless others with these blessings, as they overflow.

It depends on your question. Here on earth, all people should have the same rights, and the same obligations and the same responsibilities, but when all come face to face with God at judgement day, no, non christians will not have the same rights, because they had their time here on earth to decide to go with God or not. Otherwise here on earth, we are all created equal...(man made us unequal and that's not right)

If you replace "Non Christians" and "Christians" with "people" the answer should be crystal clear.

Human rights? Of course! Dignity rights? Of course! The right to be loved? Of course!
:)
EDIT: What you do on earth and your time with God~is between you and Him.
The one that is 2 below me, is judging you! Not her job at all! It is not our job as humans to judge anyone but ourselves! keep that in mind when your judging right from wrong! :)

Everyone should have equal rights...but not all things should be a right...
For example...I don't think it should be a "right" for fat chicks to wear spandex...and if they do I should have the right to not "see" it..."for there shall be much burning of thine eyes"....
:)
