You start a process called catablolism. Your body continually needs proteins to rebuild body structures, carbohydrates for energy and lipids (fats) for many functions, including brain function. When you don't eat, the body starts mining those nutrients from its own structures.

I.E. - you start 'eating' your own body. It starts with your fat deposits but quickly moves on to your muscles and even some minor organs. Its not healthy.

Your brain chemistry will also alter a bit, causing some strange sensations (possibly good, possibly bad) but there are better ways to achieve different modes of thought - say meditation for example.

Fasting for a day or two is not a big deal but fasting for 2 weeks straight without any experience with this can be very traumatizing for the body and some people might even die or have permanent damage.

There are some people who can do these kinds of things, or at least claim to, but there are all kinds of talented humans that do unusual things. Fasting like this may be OK for some people (though I'm skeptical) but its not generally a good idea.

You get very unhealthy dear, body is running out of nutrients/minerals/vitamins it needs to sustain itself...I have always heard that the human body can survive about 2 weeks without food before dying.
