American Express gives high card lines, as well as credit unions. Navy Federal Credit Union, Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Digital Federal Credit Union.

50k credit line takes a long period of good credit management. Even if you have high income, and a good credit score, banks are not going to toss people unsecured lines of 50k. You are going to have to work hard at that for many years. Unless you make a million a year. In which case you really dont need the card anyway.

If you're looking for a $50k credit line, you'd better have OUTSTANDING credit AND a long credit history as well as substantial income. "Good" credit won't cut it at that level.

Try these sites. There aren't many that will give you a respectable rate. However, you could try to build your credit up with your current cards and work with them to get your credit to the level that you would like.
