In a good year, Big Bear might have snow into early June, but usually it's dry by May.. This has been a record low year for local rain/snow fall, so no snow anywhere in So Cal now.
Mammoth still has snow and is about a 4-5 hour drive. Not too far if you want to go for the weekend.

No, not really. Even in the most northern part of the state it warms enough in the summer to melt the snow on the mountain tops. The highest mountain in California is Mt. Whitney, and even it is free of snow already.

Not really. You can drive from Los Angeles in January, when the weather can be mild in the winter, and be in deep snow in less that an hour.
The closest is to go to Pasadena and go up the Angeles Crest Highway-Califorina Hwy 2

If by snow you mean cocaine, then yes.
If you mean the frozen stuff, the only snow you will find in So Cal are in snow cones.
Go to the beach.
