Sure he can get in that condition and perhaps you need to wait a bit longer....

Don't even concider having sex at that age. Wait until u're older unless you want to regret it. Often at that age you might feel like it's okay to do something like that but later you'll realise that you've made a mistake and mistakes like that can not be undone. Even though you haven't started your periods yet think you can still fall pregnant since you don't exactly when it's gonna start. Just wait....! The right time will come.

It's normal. It's during this time that your body is adjusting to the hormones that are raging around. Do not "do" it yet. You are pretty young to be doing that. Switch on to other facets of the relationship like getting to know his character, his moods...blah, blah, blah...the "sex" thing will come last...it's not the priority.

Yes it can happen. Especially at that age, he has little control over when it happens. Be careful, you are much too young. Stay away from that "thing"

what do you mean by "close?" next to each other, then no. like sex...kinda. u r too young. i know you are probably hearing this alot but i just don't want you to screw up your life. i know, why should i care? well, i can't tell you that b/c idk... but i just hope you make the right decision. good luck with this "problem."
ps: just to say, if you do have sex and you haven't started your period; that can trigger it. :0)

At 14, the littlest things give erections. He really has no control over it.

For a 14 year old boy NOT TO HAVE AN ERECTION would be a wonder and amazement.
