Alright so i screwed up how long will i get jail for?

How badly did you screw up?
If this is your first offense, you will probably get probation and a fine (unless you killed someone or did a bank robbery).

hard to know without knowing the specifics or if you have any kind of history, but there are some generalities:
if you plea bargain a case, you tend to get a milder sentence.
if you admit that you did wrong and take steps independent of any court directive, you may be viewed as a lower risk than someone who just denies.
whatever you did, get therapy and do it today so that when the time comes, your attorney can state that for the court - that you sought help on your own and that you know something is wrong...

It depends what you did and what's already on your record..."Screwed up" can mean anything, so I have no idea.
