no, There are actually many great walls of China. A lot of the terrain that the wall covers is steep mountains with steps that a bike would not work well on. So you have two problems here but the major problem is that most of the wall is not built for wheeled vehicles. Also... many parts of the wal have deteriorated to the point that they are dangerous for people on foot. To bad. That would be a great cycle trip.

i am a great wall giude in china,
i have been trekked the great wall for 28 days.
from the Shanhaiguan Passï¼where the wall's end ) to Mutianyu Section ( in beijing ).
6 hours each day, 8-10km each day.
it's true some where were very hard to go, so we just went down to find another path back to the wall.
it's really great on the wall in the nights, the blue sky with stars.
wonderful!
now i still guiding people to trek on the wall, show the best to them.

No, the wall you see in postcards only exists in relatively small sections, most of the rest in in various states of disrepair, the guard towers in the middle are accessible only by ladder or steps in many cases, and I dont think the Chinese govt. would feature you going bansai down the stairs.
