Just getting nutrition to start the day is good! Obviously, don't eat anything that you know you are allergic to, or will make you feel nauseus. Some carbs and some protein are not a bad idea, but I don't think there is really anything that will make you do better or worse! Good luck on the exam!

Have a bowl of oatmeal. It is brain food. Put some milk on it and some Splenda (you don't want real sugar as that will give you an energy rush but then you'll crash). Also scramble up a couple of egg white and one whole egg. Maybe a piece of whole grain toast, but only whole grain as the white bread converts to sugar and you'll do the whole crash thing.
These foods should fill you up but not make you feel heavy.
Stay away from caffeine, drink water and get plenty of rest before.
Good Luck, I'm sure you'll do just fine!!!

Something with protein maybe some scrambled eggs or chicken. You might also want to add a bowl of whole grain cereal and fresh fruit too. Good luck on the exam.

If you didn't study, nothing you eat will will make a difference, BUT...eating breakfast does stimulate the brain activitiy* gives your body the fuel it needs so you're not feeling famished. If you're not a breakfast eater, perhaps a fruit smoothie would be good...(strawberrys, banana, yogurt or ice cream, ice cubes, put in blender ) Drink*
or...Egg -omellete and slice of toast with Oj*...or bowl of cerela, pancakes, french toast, oatmeal, handful of raisins, bacon, eggs, homefries, waffles, eggos, toast//////GOODLUCK on Your Exam*~

I would think that protein would be the way to go. Eggs maybe? I always try to make my kids a really good, hot breakfast before they have important tests. Cold cereal is just not good enough :)

You would do best to eat something with protein but that is not to heavy with fat. Try to have your carbs be whole grains not sugars.
