Most things that the human body is capable of doing, have been done by somebody. If they survive, it usually becomes a sport.
PARKOUR is very popular right now. It's a combination of Fell-running or Orienteering, and martial-arts training (think Jackie Chan fighting his way across a rooftop, down the fire-escape and into a subway station...etc.). If lots of people are all doing it in the same place, it can be very much like human pinball.
What's more unpopular (so more nearly unique) are the traditional sports. If you are going to give yourself 100 days to try something, then proper ORIENTEERING might be worth a go. It's like rallying without a car; you run, walk or climb to checkpoints by whatever route you like. If you want to 'spice it up' a bit, you can try a skating version in town, or add social challenges like collecting clothing from strangers between checkpoints.
There are a lot of 'minority' sports that you can play in water, like water-polo, or an underwater-hockey called 'octo-push' !
Learning to scuba-dive will also give you a new playground.
Circus skills are also very trendy, but most people don't get very deeply into them. If you find a juggling club, you will probably be able to learn to unicycle, and then you can use it to play games like hockey, or learn to go off-road. Trapeze and other aerial skills are more 'hardcore' (you always collect some pressure bruises), but there are more and more places where you can find a class.

Join a dance team that focuses on a different type of dance. Not just normal hip hop or jazz.

Quick blinking. 1000 blinks burns a quarter of a calorie. Don`t over do it or you get massive eye muscles.
