Please, I just want some advice. I'm in the city in Korea right now and we eat out a lot. My mom wants me to gain weight. I'm currently 96 pounds, 5'1", and 16 years old. I'm small boned so I don't look that thin but my Mom is real mad about me being under 110 which makes me drastically underweight according to her. This is what I eat and which I cannot change because my Mom makes me eat it.
Breakfast: white toast with jam, fried egg, kiwi fruit
Lunch: we eat out lunch, but it's usually a big bowl of noodles or big bowl of rice (2 cups white), some meat, sushi..lots of carbs..
Dinner: a bowl of rice (2 cups brown), kimchi, meat or pan fried fish, tofu, soup....about 700 calories.

In total, I eat about 1400, but I must start eating more to gain weight because she'll keep making my life hell if i don't.

Please, does my diet look healthy even though it's full of carbs? mainly white rice.....I just want some opinions...no critisism please.....i'm sorry if i offend anyone.

Try brown toast instead of white toast, and hard boiled egg instead of fried, and you'll be fine.

That's a very healthy diet, the only thing you can do different is start a weight training routine to build muscle mass, which in turn will add weight. If you have access to a local gym I would start doing some light weight training, focus on your total body. Most gyms have trainers who can assist you with a routine to help you achieve your fitness goals. Parents have a tendency to be hyper critical of their own kids, she just wants you to be as healthy as you can be. Tell her that you're working on it and to be patient with you. Good luck with your training kiddo :-).
