anyone know how to take a scanned image and color it?
i tried also to remove the bkrd with the magic tool or inverse but it didnt work.
i need to fill in and design my scan but I dont know how to do it. any help? please!!

what im trying to say is i need the scan to be "live text" so i can play and color it.

If you are scanning test and you want it to be editable, you need to scan it using OCR, (Object Character Recognition). It should have come along with your scanners software. But be advised, OCR on works with text.
