travelling for noble cause ie to work as a volunteer in some needy community give inner satisfection m.ore over mixing with local people , understanding their problems ,their culture is better then just being to some country as a tourist............pl give your opinion about this???

I think it would be a wonderful thing for you too do. There should be more people like you in the world.

Good luck if this is the path you wish to choose...however there is nothing wrong with just being a tourist. You are kind of putting them down when you write "just being" and that is not right. Different people have different paths in life, and being "just" a tourist is a wonderful thing too. You are still learning about different places and cultures, and just as important letting them learn about you. Mark Twain once said it best:

"Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one’s lifetime."

He was a great writer that contributed to the advancement of mankind...and "just" a tourist.
