There's an OTC ointment called Tucks- I heard it works well. Best is to see a doc who can assess and prescribe. Don't eat spicy food- and try to not get constipated. Some people say a sitz bath helps the process.

The best thing to do for hemorrhoids is witch hazel. Soak a 4x4 with it and apply to the affected area for about 5 mins whenever necessary. The cooling effect Will help reduce the inflammation and make you feel more comfortable and it`s inexpensive.

Try soaking in a tub of hot water. Preparation H and Tucks medicated pads can help too. Both of these items can be bought over the counter. Try not to strain yourself. If these things don't help see your doctor. In some cases a small surgery can be done to correct them. They can be related to straining during child birth and heavy lifting.

Preparation H, cream and/or suppositories. If you are lifting weight in your workouts, that could make the problem worse. If the pain is really bad when you sit down, there are special cushions made for that purpose, sort of like a donut.

lol. stick with cardio until it's over, and there is a variety of otc medications that can shorten the duration of your affliction. the worst thing about hemmorhoids is the ultimate death by embarrassment you'll suffer when your friends see this letter.

straining can cause them and certain seated positions. however, depending on how bad, you can push small ones back in. if they really bother you, you may need to go the doc and let them pop it.
