It's a joke. The Vatican should be more concerned about the paedophile priests in it's ranks and the spread of AIDS in Africa increasing because condoms are taboo.( I always believed that the use of contraception was a matter of conscience for Catholics)

the Vatican should just butt out. if i wanted to show off i would, but i don't think i can driving a vectra. does that mean the Vatican would look down on me if i wanted to have some hot loving in my car too? not that its comfortable enough and i have a perfectly good bed at home lol

Have read it and find it very sensible, have to point out though in case the Fundie zealots start preaching against it, this is not a dogmatic decree from the Vatican nor is it binding on anyone, it is just common sense.

Not so surprising. Have you ever seen the way they drive in Rome? I saw cars passing each other on sidewalks. They needed a commandment for horn use too.
