Shaved hair grows back really quick than normal hair. So, you don't have to wait for one year (is that what you meant?).

Minimum- 1 month
Maximum-2 months

hair pretty much grows at a maximum rate of half an inch per month no matter what you do... A little faster in the summer than in the winter
