I'm pretty sure it's called Miami Ink??? Probably have to call them and set up an appointment, it's going to be a while. And you're not guaranteed to be on TV. If that's what you're hoping for.

You can search it on yahoo. They have a website and it lists all the artists and there is a phone number and Garver's e-mail address is on there.
