If you are talking about the PC monitor then you would call it the monitor or VGA cable.
If you want to connect to a tv you would need a graphics card with a 'tv-out' port on it. You would then use an RGB cable or S-Video cable to connect to the TV.

It really depends on the Computer. what computer? what tv?
If you have av outs this could be in the form of a s-video or composite cable( may be specialized to you computer).
You may need to purchase a video out card for your computer and then you choose what to get.
If you refer to a vga adapter you may need to perform some changes to your settings on either device. I also recommend you change the placement of your question to the computer hardware section for better advice.
I pasted a link to a video card which may get you headed in the right direction.

There is a cable that does this. It is called an S-Video cable. You plug the AV jacks into your tv and plug the other end into your computer.

To my KNOWLEDGE, there is NO cable that CONNECTS ur TV to the COMPUTER.
Why the HECK would you WANT to do something SO stupid anyway?
Some newer TV'S have a USB port which may work FOR whatever retarded IDEA you have in mind.
You're WELCOME.
